This land, and adjoining land under other ownership, has been identified for the development of 550 new homes by Rochford District Council in the adopted Core Strategy and Site Allocations Plan. The outline planning application that we submitted in August 2014 was refused by Rochford District Council’s Development Committee in January 2015. In March 2015, we lodged an appeal with the Planning Inspectorate against this refusal and in June 2015 we submitted a new outline planning application to Rochford District Council to address the reasons for refusal.
