We have submitted an outline planning application for up to 500 new homes, small-scale neighbourhood uses, open spaces, land that could be used for a primary school, and associated infrastructure on land west of Rayleigh.

This land, and adjoining land under other ownership, has been identified for the development of 550 new homes by Rochford District Council in the adopted Core Strategy and Site Allocations Plan.

Our planning application has been submitted following a period of public consultation in the spring, on-going consultation with Rochford District Council, Essex County Council and other stakeholders and public bodies, and the completion of various surveys and assessments – all of which have helped us evolve the masterplan for the site.
