The development will make a valuable contribution towards the 3,790 new homes required in the district by 2021 to meet local housing needs. There will be a mix of private market home and affordable housing, with some smaller and some larger family houses.
Open parkland will provide green spaces for leisure and there will be play areas and allotments.
Our outline planning application was approved by Rochford District Council in 2016. Now, we have submitted the first ‘reserved matters’ detailed planning application for the site (the first 192 homes), alongside plans for the landscaping around the new homes.
